On the morning of December 11, 2023, Khai Sang Group officially signed a sales contract for all 197 apartments in block A2 of the EHome Southgate project phase 3. As part of this agreement, Khai Sang will utilize block A2 as a standard boarding facility for students of the EMASI Plus International Bilingual School, which is currently under construction within the Waterpoint township.
This signing is part of the Memorandum of Understanding on a strategic cooperation agreement between
Nam Long Group and Khai Sang Group.
The entire block A2, including the 197 EHome Southgate apartments in phase 3, will be used by Khai Sang as a boarding facility for the EMASI Plus students, who will attend the first international standard bilingual multi-level boarding school in Long An. This school is expected to commence operations in 2024.

EHome Southgate phase 3, consisting of 3 blocks A1, A2, and B1, began construction last October according to the overall plan. Over the next 3 years, life at EHome Southgate and the Waterpoint township will become more vibrant with the opening of EMASI Plus school and the settlement of hundreds of families.
