Mizuki Park was named among the "Top 10 most livable townships in Vietnam in 2022".
In 2017, Mizuki Park, the pioneer Integrated Township (Modern Township) project was carried out, symbolizing the strategic partnership between Nam Long and two Japanese companies, with more than 100 years of experience, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad.
Being one of the "Top 10 most livable townships in Vietnam in 2022" is not only a milestone on the development journey of Mizuki Park but also a declaration of Nam Long's vision in developing Integrated Townships, that is creating a quality, comfortable and sustainable living environment for the community.
As land in Ho Chi Minh City got more expensive, Nam Long and partners still prioritized the needs and experiences of the residents by reserving more than 70% of the areas in Mizuki Park for facilities and nature. The 17,000m2 central canal is the first finished project, contributing to shaping the entire green ecosystem of the township.
Arriving at the township, residents can easily observe the perfect mixture of landscape and nature, between green living and urban facilities. The investor always advocates synchronous development between facilities and housing projects so that residents can maximize their experience with the quality living space anytime.
The pedestrian route is designed to be spacious and open air to encourage residents to get out of the house and engage in physical activities in nature and public facilities such as the central Japanese island, walking trails, cycling route, event squares, Marina square…
Mizuki Park offers residents a high-quality living space, combining landscape and nature, green living and urban facilities.
With the first apartment handovers in Q4/2019, Mizuki Park has so far welcomed more than 2,000 families, opened Valora Mizuki commercial townhouses, modern facilities including restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, parks, pedestrian route,... creating a civilized community, contributing to the increase of vitality and value in the southern area of Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2023, Nam Long will continue to deliver the Flora Mizuki MP9 – MP10 and Flora Panorama according to schedule, welcoming thousands of residents.
Nguyen Binh Khiem Primary School, an important facility located in the township, also opened in September 2022.
One of the advantages of Mizuki Park is the direct connection to the arterial road Nguyen Van Linh. Residents can easily access the high-class facilities in Phu My Hung and easily travel to neighboring districts.
Prior to the award "Top 10 most livable townships in Vietnam", Mizuki Park had been recognized many times for its values in terms of planning, design and quality of living space, by the International Real Estate Appraisal Council, for example: Best of the best for the complex township with the best architecture in Vietnam at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022-2023 (held in London, UK), and also the award in the same category at the International Property Awards in early 2023.
