Nam Long officially handed over Flora Panorama

Nam Long officially handed over more than 300 units of Flora Panorama apartments - a component project of the Mizuki Park integrated township (Binh Chanh) as committed, starting on July 26, 2023.

Thus, in just the first half of 2023, more than 1,200 units from three component projects of Mizuki Park, including Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8, Flora Mizuki MP9-10 and Flora Panorama, have been continuously handed over on schedule.

Over 300 Flora Panorama units are ready for handover from July 2023

Flora Panorama consists of 3 blocks, which is an upgraded version of Nam Long's detached Flora apartments. In this version, the handover standards have been improved in terms of design and materials. All apartments have balconies or loggias. River-facing apartments are especially designed with full-height glass (ceiling-to-floor glass doors) for a panoramic view of the green landscape.

Tran Trung Thien chose Flora Panorama because of its rare view, he said: "I highly appreciate the location of Flora Panorama in the Mizuki Park township. From my apartment, I can enjoy the full river view of South Saigon. There are not many projects with such open views."

In addition to the quality, the modern facilities integrated within the building also brings satisfaction to Ngo Huynh Chau: "All Flora Panorama towers are equipped with modern facilities such as a gym, yoga studio, children's play area, waiting room combined with lounge... to fully serve my family's needs without having to travel far. Flora Panorama residents can also use the clubhouse combined with a sauna and treatment room right next to the swimming pool. This is a highlight compared to other component projects in Mizuki Park that I have researched."

ĐTo develop this special product line, Nam Long and its two partners Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad (Japan) have collaborated with leading names in the Real Estate and Construction fields both domestically and internationally such as: Newtecons - general contractor; Landscape planning and design CM+, CPG; Infrastructure design and consultancy Aurecon, Yellowstone; Apartment architectural design: NQH, RSP...

Spotlight in the mid-end segmen

Launched since 2017, after 6 years of development, the integrated urban area of Mizuki Park has become the focal point of settling in the southern area of Ho Chi Minh City, forming a civilized and sustainable community of residents.

Notably, the newly handed over component projects this year such as Flora Mizuki MP6-7-8, Flora Mizuki MP9-10 have recorded a fast occupancy rate shortly after being put into operation. This is evidence of the real value and vitality of the project.

The 17,000m2 central canal running along Mizuki Park contributes to regulating the internal climate and improving the living quality of residents.

Planned as an integrated township, Mizuki Park owns a comprehensive facility system. Among them, there are many outstanding facilities such as the 8,700m2 event square, the 3,400m2 boat square, along with the 17,000m2 canal and 103,000m2 green space. Many restaurants, cafes, beauty services... are also bustling with business.

Another advantage of Mizuki Park is its direct connection to the arterial road of Nguyen Van Linh. At this location, residents can easily access the completed high-end external facility chain such as SC Vivo City, Crescent Mall, Lotte Mart; RMIT University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law, Van Hien University; FV Hospital; Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC)...

This is also the reason why, in addition to the demand for living, Mizuki Park's products still attract a large number of customers for rental and long-term investment. Last March, this township was honored in the "Top 10 Most Livable Townships in Vietnam".

In Nam Long's 2023 plan, Mizuki Park is one of the key projects prioritized for development, following the motto of "selling real houses that meet real needs". Along with maintaining the progress, the investor is also continuing to implement new sales policies, supporting interest rates, bringing comprehensive financial solutions, and accompanying homebuyers.

Specifically, homeowners at Mizuki Park apartments only need to pay 40%, divided into 7 installments until receiving the house; banks support loans up to 65% of the product value; principal deferment for 24 months. The investor supports interest rates up to 8%/year for loans within 18 months after receiving the house, customers only need to pay the interest rate difference of about 1.5 - 2%/year according to the current interest rate.
