Nam Long has entered into a cooperation agreement with 20 strategic distribution agents to distribute more than 16,000 products in the next three years.

On the morning of October 17, Nam Long Group (HOSE: NLG) signed a cooperation agreement with a system of 20 strategic distribution agents, initiating the plan to bring 16,000 multi-segment products to the market over the next three years.

Nam Long's strategic distribution agents in this agreement include Nam Long Floor, T&A, CBRE, Rever, Dong Tay Land, DKRA Venus, IQI Vietnam, Cen HCM, An Khang Homes, Phu Hoang Land, Newstarland, Smartland, Broland, Titan Luxury, AuReal, GP Homes, Sai Gon Land, Era Vietnam, TPI Land, Stareal, and G-Empire.

During the signing ceremony, Nam Long expressed its firm commitment to collaborating with the trading floor system. This partnership marks a significant milestone in the group's business journey. Nam Long and the trading floor system will work together to deliver high-quality products of genuine value, catering to customers' requirements. Moreover, this collaboration aims to support the healthy and sustainable growth of Vietnam's real estate market.

Nam Long has signed agreements with a network of 20 strategic agents

In Q4/2023, Nam Long expects to provide competitive priced products to the market. For example, more than 500 EHome Southgate apartments (Long An) starting from VND 1 billion per unit; 1,602 Nam Long II Central Lake apartments (Can Tho) starting from VND 600 million per unit; Flora apartments in Akari City and Mizuki Park projects (HCMC) starting from around VND 3 billion per unit; and luxury villas starting from VND 12 billion per unit in the integrated Waterpoint township.

According to Nam Long Land's CEO, Mr. Van Viet Son, the company's current products have received high praise from customers with genuine needs. A recent example would be the Flora Akari apartments, which received very positive feedback from the market. Over the next three years, Nam Long Land plans to introduce more than 16,000 products, with a focus on key projects and townships such as Akari City (8.5 hectares), Mizuki Park (26 hectares), Waterpoint (355 hectares), Izumi City (170 hectares), and Paragon Dai Phuoc (45 hectares).

The strategic agents respond to Nam Long's "Join hands to bring affordable homes back" campaign

Nam Long urged its strategic distribution agents to support the "Together to bring affordable housing back" and "Together with homebuyers for a stable and sustainable real estate market in Vietnam" campaigns. The company plans to work with partners in its real estate development chain to provide affordable homes suitable for all income segments. Nam Long and its partners are implementing practical solutions such as optimizing selling prices, increasing utilities, and designing effective financial solutions for buyers. These solutions will be applied to products launched in Q4 2023.
